Homes shown here are a selection gathered from builders' public websites. They are not every home available in Utah. Each listing shows its source and the date it was last checked.

Prices, incentives, features, completion dates and availability are set by the builder and can change without notice. Photos and renderings may show a model home, a different elevation or optional upgrades. Confirm every detail with the builder in writing before relying on it.

Payment estimates

The payment calculator and payment search are hypothetical illustrations, not loan offers, rate quotes or pre-approvals. Rates, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, mortgage insurance and incentives must be confirmed with a lender and the builder. Costs left blank are excluded, not confirmed as zero.

Working with Chuck

Using this website does not create an agency relationship. Representation begins only when you sign a written buyer representation agreement with Chuck Willman and Equity Real Estate. Builders' sales staff typically represent the builder, so tell them about your agent before your first visit.

Content and use

Listing photos and descriptions belong to the builders and other sources that published them. Site content is provided for your personal home search. Do not scrape, copy at scale, or misuse the site or its accounts.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made from it. Utah law governs these terms.
