Meet Chuck Willman

I've been helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate since 2006, and I've seen the market from almost every angle.

I started in Arizona at New Homes Advisory, where I built a database of Phoenix-area builders, floor plans, and pricing and became the company's top producing agent nationwide. The company was later acquired by Trulia.

When the market crashed in 2008, I co-founded Springboard Properties Investments. We combined multiple data sources to evaluate homes and land during the downturn, and on behalf of investors I purchased more than 10,000 properties worth $1.5 billion. Our market data was even used by Zillow in its Arizona Zestimates. That experience taught me how to find real value and act with confidence when others hesitate.

Back in Utah, I spent several years as a senior new home sales associate with Woodside Homes in Syracuse, consistently ranking among the top performers across multiple states. Today I help clients throughout the Wasatch Front with new construction, resale homes, land, and investment properties.

Family is at the center of my life. I'm a proud husband and father of six and grandfather of sixteen, and I treat every client the way I'd want my own kids treated: honestly, patiently, and with their best interests first.
